Problem :

Nano VM needed launch-ready product design and a landing page in a fraction of a normal design cycle - with a single designer owning the entire scope. The real risk of compressed timelines isn't rough visual edges; it's rushing foundational decisions like information architecture and core flows, which become exponentially more expensive to fix after launch.

Solution :

As sole designer, I structured the process around decision-leverage: information architecture and core user flows were locked first, before any visual work, because those are the costliest decisions to reverse. I then built a lean component system upfront so every subsequent screen assembled faster than the last, and designed the landing page in parallel with the product under one shared visual system - nothing was designed twice.

Challenge :

The main challenge was to create visuals that would appeal to a broad, diverse audience while maintaining a distinctive festival identity. Striking the right balance between energetic visuals and clear, informative content was essential to avoid overwhelming viewers or diluting key messages.

Adapting the campaign’s look and feel for different formats, ranging from large posters to small social media posts - required careful planning to ensure visual consistency and impact at every scale.

Summary :

The complete Nano VM design - product, visual identity, and conversion-ready landing page - shipped in a month without compromising the experience where it mattered. The project stands as proof of process: with the right sequencing, speed and quality aren't a trade-off.
