Problem :
Isgen.ai's website had grown page by page as features shipped, leaving fragmented navigation, an inconsistent visual language, and user journeys that leaked customers at every step. Traffic was arriving but not converting, and the site's structure - organized around internal product taxonomy rather than user intent - was suppressing organic growth. Users couldn't quickly grasp what Isgen offered or why to trust it.

Solution :
I led the complete Website 2.0 redesign as the sole UX/UI owner. I rebuilt the information architecture around search intent, giving every major tool a dedicated, conversion-optimized landing experience with a consistent narrative structure. I redesigned the core user flows from first visit to signup, produced high-fidelity mockups for every key page, and overhauled the color system and visual identity into a single cohesive language.


Challenge :
The redesign couldn't pause the business. The site had live traffic and revenue, so every structural change carried risk - break the flows that were working, and growth goes backward. I de-risked this by auditing existing drop-off data before touching anything, preserving the journeys that performed, and concentrating the redesign on the structural failures the data exposed.
Summary :
Website 2.0 delivered a 10x increase in organic traffic and 3x revenue growth. Beyond the numbers, it left Isgen with a repeatable, conversion-proven page architecture - meaning every future feature now launches with a strong design foundation instead of starting from zero.
